Salamander Middleburg, a Forbes Triple Five-Star luxury resort, is seeking professional, dependable, and service-focused Bell/Valet Attendants to join our Guest Services team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active throughout their shift, and earning strong tip income in a luxury hospitality environment.

• Hourly rate plus tips

• Greet guests professionally upon arrival and departure

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles

• Assist guests with luggage and escort them to guest rooms

• Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front drive

• Respond quickly to guest requests and service needs

• Support the Guest Services team in delivering Forbes-level service standards

• Previous valet, bell, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to operate automatic vehicles (manual transmission experience a plus)

• Strong guest service and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Weekend and holiday availability required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
