Position Overview
The Client Engagement & Media Specialist supports the execution of marketing programs, advertiser deliverables, and community engagement initiatives across MOBIUS CONNECT.
This role works closely with the MOBIUS CONNECT Manager and internal teams to ensure marketing programs, content initiatives, and advertiser partnerships are executed smoothly and professionally.
This position blends client engagement, content coordination, media support, and event participation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people. They are comfortable managing multiple projects, communicating with industry professionals, and ensuring every program or campaign is delivered with care and accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities
Client & Community Engagement
- Serve as a key point of contact for contributors, brand ambassadors, community members, and event participants.
- Support the MOBIUS CONNECT Manager in implementing marketing programs and ensuring strong advertiser experiences.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, contributors, and partners.
- Deliver professional and responsive communication through email, calls, and digital platforms.
Content & Media Coordination
- Assist in coordinating content across MOBIUS CONNECT websites and marketing channels.
- Support production of webinars, interviews, Q&A sessions, podcasts, and other media content.
- Host or support virtual recording sessions and online events.
- Review published content to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
- Provide input on messaging for newsletters, social media, and email campaigns.
Program & Campaign Support
- Assist with outreach and coordination for webinars, campaigns, and community initiatives.
- Track marketing activities, contributor participation, and advertiser deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records within HubSpot CRM.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and program launches.
Event & Team Support
- Collaborate with the MOBIUS CONNECT marketing and event teams on ongoing initiatives.
- Assist with logistics for virtual and in-person events.
- Represent MOBIUS CONNECT professionally at industry events when required.
- Support general administrative and program coordination tasks.
Work Environment
This role is primarily in-office in Fort Myers, Florida. We are seeking someone local who enjoys working collaboratively with the team.
After the first 90 days of in-office onboarding, the role may transition to a flexible hybrid schedule, depending on performance and responsibilities.
The position may also include occasional travel to industry events where the employee may help represent MOBIUS CONNECT and support community engagement activities.
Requirements:Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, events, customer-facing roles, or marketing coordination. If you’ve spent time in environments where people, timing, and great experiences matter (think F&B, events, or client service), you’ll likely feel right at home here.
- A natural eye for detail. You notice the extra space in a title, the wrong logo version, or the typo hiding in paragraph three before anyone else does.
- Design-aware and presentation-minded. You care about how things look, read, and feel whether it’s a webinar slide, social post, or email campaign.
- A content detective. You can look at a cloud of words and quickly find the error, the awkward sentence, or the missing piece that makes everything clearer.
- A people person. You’re comfortable communicating with a wide range of personalities, from engineers and subject matter experts to executives and community members.
- Calm in organized chaos. You enjoy juggling multiple projects, timelines, and moving pieces while keeping everything on track.
- A collaborative mindset. You enjoy being part of a team and working with others to bring projects and ideas to life.
- Comfortable with everyday tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to keep communication and projects running smoothly.

- Experience supporting events, conferences, or professional community programs.
- Experience coordinating logistics for live or virtual events.
- Experience interacting with customers, attendees, or professional communities.
