Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

  • 5–10 years of experience in supply chain or operations consulting, or senior operational roles within manufacturing.

  • Proven expertise in business process mapping, process re-design, and operating model definition.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable performance and cost optimization results.

  • Project management experience, including planning, governance, risk management, and reporting.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

  • Preferred: Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) or supply chain (CSCP, CPIM); experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Signavio, ARIS); exposure to ERP systems, digital supply chain tools, or advanced analytics solutions.

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to drive measurable performance improvements and strategic decisions within a leading manufacturing organization.

  • Engagement in high-impact transformation initiatives across supply chain and operations.

  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership and functional teams.

  • Visible role with tangible business impact from recommendations and analyses.

  • Professional development and career growth opportunities in consulting and operational transformation.
