Tirone Electric is looking for two experienced project managers to join our team! If you have experience running projects in the HVAC space with HVAC controls we want you for our west palm beach region. If you have experience running projects in the medical space, we want you for our Broward and Miami Dade county area! You will serve as a disciplined, detail-oriented leader responsible for driving the successful execution of complex commercial and government electrical projects. This role empowers you to manage the full project lifecycle while ensuring every installation reflects the high standards of operational excellence Tirone Electric Inc is known for. You will have the autonomy to make informed decisions under pressure while receiving the support of a team committed to your long-term professional growth.
How You Will Make an ImpactDirected the full project lifecycle from inception to completion to ensure strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinated multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors to maintain seamless field operations and project transparency.
Interpreted complex electrical plans and specifications to resolve technical hurdles and prevent project delays.
Managed client and stakeholder communications to foster long-term professional relationships and trust.
Enforced rigorous safety standards and regulatory compliance to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
Monitored project financial performance and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
Strengthened company culture by upholding values of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management or a similar leadership role.
Proven expertise in interpreting complex commercial electrical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors within a union or government project environment.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Advanced technical training or a formal electrical apprenticeship completion.
Experience managing prevailing wage projects and government-standard documentation.
Conest Intellibid or similar software experience.
Strong proficiency in project management software and electrical estimation tools.
OSHA 10 or 30.
Bilingual strongly preferred
