About This Position

About the Role:

The HIL - Case Dock Laborer plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient handling and processing of goods within a warehouse or distribution center environment. This position is responsible for the physical loading, unloading, sorting, and staging of cases and pallets to support smooth operational flow. The laborer will work closely with team members to maintain organized dock areas, ensuring that shipments are prepared accurately and on time. Attention to safety protocols and quality standards is essential to prevent damage to products and maintain a safe working environment. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall success of the supply chain by facilitating timely and accurate movement of inventory.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures and willingness to follow all safety guidelines.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality to support shift schedules.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, dock, or labor-intensive roles.
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
  • Basic reading and math skills to verify shipment documentation.

Responsibilities:
