About the Role:

The HIL - Case Dock Laborer plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient handling and processing of goods within a warehouse or distribution center environment. This position is responsible for the physical loading, unloading, sorting, and staging of cases and pallets to support smooth operational flow. The laborer will work closely with team members to maintain organized dock areas, ensuring that shipments are prepared accurately and on time. Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
