FieldAI is seeking a Senior Designer to help develop, evolve, and execute our visual identity across
the company. This role combines strategic brand development with high-quality production
execution. The Senior Designer will support global sales and marketing initiatives, corporate
communications, talent brand efforts, and customer-facing materials. The ideal candidate is both a
systems thinker and a strong individual contributor who can deliver polished, professional work in a
fast-paced technology environment.
This position reports to the Head of Creative and works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing,
Product, Engineering, Operations, and HR
What Youll Get To Do- Buildout FieldAIs visual brand system, ensuring consistency across all external and internal communications.
- Design and produce enterprise sales materials, marketing collateral, campaign assets, event graphics, social, and website visuals
- Support global sales teams with presentation materials, industry-specific assets, and executive-level communications.
- Collaborate on launch campaigns, trade shows, and major industry events to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Create and maintain corporate templates for executive presentations, internal communications, and cross-functional documentation.
- Develop materials supporting talent brand and recruiting efforts, including hiring campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Design customer onboarding, training, and support materials that clearly communicate complex technical concepts.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to maintain brand consistency and quality standards
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of visual polish, accuracy, and production readiness.
- Manage creative workflow and production operations using Asana, including intake, prioritization, timeline coordination, and quality control to ensure all deliverables meet established brand standards and business requirements before release.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 610+ years of professional design experience, preferably within technology, SaaS, robotics, AI, or enterprise-focused companies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, marketing design, and production execution across digital and print.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated experience developing scalable design systems and brand guidelines.
- Experience designing enterprise sales materials and executive-level presentations.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual communication.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback from senior stakeholders.
- Experience in robotics, AI, industrial technology, or enterprise B2B markets.
- Experience supporting global sales organizations.
- Experience with event, environmental, or large-format design.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or collaboration with motion and 3D teams.
- Experience contributing to employer brand or talent marketing initiatives.
- A cohesive and recognizable FieldAI visual identity.
- High-impact enterprise sales materials that support global growth.
- Professional, consistent communications across marketing, operations, and corporate teams.
- Clear, polished customer-facing onboarding and training materials.
- Design that elevates the brand and supports the companys strategic goals.
Our salary range is generous and we consider each individuals background and experience when determining final compensation. Base pay may vary based on role scope, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the Irvine, California market.
