About Us: Ice Air is a manufacturer of innovative HVAC solutions serving the North America market. We are dedicated to providing reliable, quality, energy-efficient equipment for all new construction, replacement and retrofit projects.

Position Overview:
This is a critical role to ensure the highest quality in our product offering, both pre and post sales. We work as a close-knit team in fast paced environment where everyone is expected to wear multiple hats. This requires deep diving into engineering theories one day and traveling to job sites the next with hands on diagnostics and debugging. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working with various internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, compile, and analyze quality issues
  • Maintain quality logs and dashboard
  • Analyze field issues for trends
  • Develop short and long-term solutions
  • Generate reports for both internal and external customers.
  • Work with offshore engineering teams
  • Work with sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance, supply chain and other internal departments

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field required
  • 2 to 5 years of working in the HVAC industry, manufacturing, electronics, or similar industries

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field
  • SolidWorks or similar CAD experience
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and initiative to take on expanding growth opportunities, thrives on challenges, and performs well under pressure
  • Team player
  • Structured and organized mindset
  • Excellent professional communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in a quality role is a plus
  • Knowledge of electronic controls
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
