The Opportunity
Are you a high-energy closer who thrives on a fast-paced sales floor? We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and turn warm, inbound leads into long-term clients. Unlike traditional sales roles that require cold calling, you will be working with pre-qualified prospects who have already expressed interest in our solutions.
This is a performance-driven role designed for professionals who are motivated by high-volume lead flow and a clear path to financial success.
Core Responsibilities
Execute & Close: Contact and close pre-qualified inbound leads while maintaining a high conversion rate.
Solution Selling: Conduct discovery calls to identify pain points and present our products as the ideal solution.
Objection Handling: Confidently navigate pushback and negotiate terms to move deals across the finish line.
Pipeline Management: Meticulously track all leads and sales activities within our CRM to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
Hit Your Numbers: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas to unlock performance-based incentives.
