We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive to drive growth and manage strategic relationships with Adult Beverage brands in the retail sector. This role blends business development with client account management to expand the Retail Media Network and maximize revenue opportunities. The successful candidate will leverage industry insights, digital solutions, and consultative selling to deliver measurable results while building lasting partnerships. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to execute integrated campaigns, monitor performance, and influence strategy. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely within a fast-paced, innovative environment while interacting with senior executives and decision-makers across the industry. A proactive, data-driven, and relationship-focused mindset is essential for success.
Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients to strengthen top-level partnerships
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets through both new business development and portfolio growth
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives, incorporating market, category, consumer, and shopper insights to optimize opportunities
  • Identify key decision-makers and execute action plans to deepen client engagement
  • Plan and implement annual marketing and joint business plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated media campaigns and product launches
  • Monitor campaign performance and apply insights to drive incremental revenue
Requirements:
  • 57+ years of sales experience in the Adult Beverage industry, with a track record of generating results from both warm leads and network expansion
  • Proven experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, project management, and proposal development abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce; ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and performance under pressure
  • U.S. work authorization required; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree with strong academic record
  • Existing network of contacts in the Alcohol vertical (Brand-Direct and Agency)
