ASDOH - Clinic Inventory Coordinator at A T Still University of Health Sciences – Mesa, Arizona

A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) is seeking an non- exempt Clinic Inventory Coordinator on the Mesa, Arizona campus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensures all appropriate supplies and equipment are inventoried, received and distributed in accordance with proper and prudent practices.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and track inventory movements.
• Collaborate with various departments to forecast demand and replenish stock accordingly.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve any issues related to shipments.
• Generate reports on inventory turnover, stock levels and other key metrics.

Skills & Experience:

• High School Graduate.
• Dental and/or hospital medical experience
• Previous inventory/supply room experience needed to implement inventory tracking system.
• Understanding of supply chain management.
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work well under high pressure situations.
• Must have a mature, professional attitude at all times.
• Must be flexible and organized with the ability to change assignments with little direction.
