Professional Direct Hire

Description:

Our client is a well-established and growing electrical construction firm specializing in large-scale, complex projects including data centers, healthcare facilities, and major commercial/industrial builds. With a strong reputation for execution excellence and long-term client partnerships, the organization operates with a leadership-first mindset, building long-term team members rather than hiring for short-term project needs.

Project Managers and Superintendents operate as true partners on every job, combining financial oversight with strong field execution. The company invests in structured onboarding and leadership development to ensure new hires are positioned for long-term success.

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary (based on experience and project scale)

  • Long-term career stability with a “hire-to-retire” culture

  • Structured 4–6 week onboarding program at corporate headquarters (DFW area)

  • Opportunity to lead large-scale, high-profile projects

  • Executive-level visibility and decision-making involvement

  • Travel package for qualifying assignments (company vehicle, per diem, technology)

  • Strong project pipeline across Texas and surrounding regions

What You Need
  • Electrical construction background required

  • Proven experience managing commercial or industrial electrical projects

  • Experience overseeing $10M+ electrical scopes preferred

  • Strong financial management skills (budget ownership, forecasting, cost control)

  • Ability to manage projects from ground-up through closeout

  • Experience working closely with field leadership (Superintendents)

  • Strong communication skills with clients, executives, and internal teams

  • Willingness to travel depending on project location

  • Stable work history demonstrating leadership growth

What Your Role Will Look Like
  • Full financial ownership of assigned projects

  • Partner with the Superintendent in a shared leadership model

  • Manage schedules, budgets, procurement coordination, and risk mitigation

  • Lead client and stakeholder meetings

  • Oversee contract administration and change management

  • Drive project performance from preconstruction through warranty

  • Ensure delivery aligns with safety, quality, and financial goals

This is an opportunity for a financially driven construction leader seeking long-term growth within a company that values leadership stability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
