The Account Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign strategies, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Implement and manage paid social campaigns, including planning, scheduling, reporting, and tracking performance
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to provide actionable insights
- Prepare regular reports and make recommendations for campaign optimization
- Maintain knowledge of current paid social platforms, trends, and best practices, including Meta Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Coordinate workflow to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and alignment with team objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution, communications, and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of paid social experience, with strong knowledge of Meta Ads; familiarity with TikTok and Snapchat is a plus
- Basic understanding of budgeting, bidding strategies, and testing methodologies
- Proven experience in production-oriented or analytical roles, comfortable with data reporting
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, concatenation, and data manipulation
- High level of independence, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
