Receptionist at A & L RV Sales LLC – Jackson, Tennessee

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly.
• Answer and direct incoming calls. Provide customers with company information such as store hours/location, and answer other general inquiries.
• Input customer data into customer management system.
• Accurately follow the process of accepting new inventory in a timely manner.
• Work directly with store management in controlling customer flow.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Customer Service or Dealership experience is a preferred.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is necessary.
