Caregiver / Personal Care Aide

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Follow each client’s individual care plan to deliver tailored support

- Provide supervision and companionship to ensure clients’ safety and well-being

- Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed

- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition

- Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment for clients

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related field preferred

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude

- Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related training is a plus
