We are currently looking for an Inventory Analyst who will report to the Manager of the global inventory control and plays a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, analyzing stock levels, and managing and optimizing replenishment strategies.

- Coordinate the optimization of parts logistics
- Analyze inventory and surplus levels, make recommendations
- Control corrections (system or factory) following the cycle counting process
- Analyze and explain inventory adjustments
- Assists in the implementation of follow-up measures for product rotation policies
- Ensure inventory integrity through cycle counts and any other necessary counts
- Build various reports and review them with department managers
- Ensure proper activation of the different products in the database
- Collaborate in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress
- Ensure the geolocation of products (integration of new products, removal of delisted products, seasonal products and circular products)
- Participate in the process of establishing and preparing cyclical counts and ensure their proper functioning
- Collaborate in the development of operational procedures and participate in their application
- Carry out various follow-ups with internal clients (transportation, purchasing, sales, quality assurance, etc.)
- Actively participate in the implementation of an automated ordering system, via a sales forecasting tool
- Bachelor’s degree in operations and Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of analytical experience with a focus on inventory management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (mandatory) for data modeling, dashboard creation and inventory
- Advanced knowledge of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is an asset
- Ability to organize work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Strong ability to adapt
- Finalize reports on time
- Improve Inventory reporting process
