Skills: Required: 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience. Required: Hands-on employee benefits administration (health, retirement, ACA/COBRA). Required: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations, reporting). Proficiency with payroll/HRIS systems (Paycor, Paycom, ADP, UKG, or similar). Strong knowledge of federal/state wage and hour laws, payroll taxes, and benefits compliance. Client-facing communication skills; comfortable advising managers and employees. Both Verbally and Written - Video Calls and Phone Calls. Professional certifications (CPP, CEBS, SHRM) a plus.
