Post Closing Assistant at Kriss Law – Needham, Massachusetts

Kriss Law Atlantic is seeking a Full-Time Post-Closer to join our growing company! We are looking for someone who is a team player, has a strong work ethic, and possesses the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and reviewing closed loan files to ensure that the loan is closed in accordance with the closing instructions and funding requirements are met for each transaction. You will communicate frequently with clients, lenders, and internal team members to ensure timely and accurate recordings and issuance of policies.

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

· Reviewing signed loan documents for accuracy, and ensuring that any inaccuracies are corrected in a timely manner

· Scanning and returning closed loan packages to lenders, and having title and loan documents
recorded in the land records

Skills Required:

· Excellent phone, email, and face-to-face communication skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven work environment

· Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills

· Comfortable with constant change and process improvement

· Demonstrated ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
