The Opportunity: You will serve as the primary owner of materials and logistics, managing over $1M in inventory for a top-tier energy solutions firm. This role empowers you to build scalable systems and drive operational excellence that directly fuels our nationwide construction and solar projects.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Direct end-to-end warehouse operations and inventory management to ensure seamless project support.

• Maintain and track $1M+ in materials, tools, and equipment with absolute precision.

• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships and purchasing to optimize cost control and material availability.

• Coordinate complex logistics including deliveries and jobsite staging to maintain project timelines.

• Formulate and improve operational workflows and tracking systems using advanced Excel reporting.

• Supervise warehouse staff and collaborate with field teams to foster a culture of accountability.

• Execute a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment to prevent technical or logistical delays.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for inventory tracking, reporting, and data analysis.

• Demonstrated experience managing procurement and high-value inventory at scale.

• Systems-oriented mindset with a proven ability to create structure in fast-paced environments.

• Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for managing team dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in the construction or solar energy industry.

• Demonstrated success in building scalable logistics systems for high-growth companies.

• Advanced knowledge of material handling and specialized equipment tracking.
