The Role:
The Mill Controller is responsible for the safety and productivity and is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner.
What A Day In The Life Looks Like:
- Monitor and operate our computer-blending/receiving system
- Sequence production runs
- Receive incoming bulk ingredients
- Generate invoices for outgoing bulk products
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process of all Production Associates
- Lead team huddles
**This is a second shift position in Sparta, with working hours of 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. For your own protection, you will have to operate in a range of Wisconsin temperatures and lift up to 60 pounds. **
