🚀 The Role: Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo)

Assess and fit patients with appropriate orthotic devices, provide education on product use and care, and deliver exceptional customer service. Manage inventory, document patient interactions, coordinate product orders, and occasionally travel to support other locations as needed.

🔍 What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Certified by ABC (American Board for Certification) or BOC (Board of Certification)

• Excellent communicator (verbal, written, and interpersonal)

• At least 1 year of experience in DME, orthotics, or prosthetics

• Passion for customer service—you love helping people

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Fit & Consult: Evaluate patients’ orthotic needs, perform fittings, and provide helpful education on product use, care, and wear.
  

• Matchmaker for Medical Products: Choose the right orthotic solutions and coordinate with manufacturers to get exactly what your client needs.
  

• Document patient visits with precision—you’re the kind of person who doesn’t miss a detail.
  

• Attend conferences, trainings, and in-house sessions to stay at the top of your game.

• Answer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, helping customers get what they need quickly and kindly.

• Requisition products as needed and manage inventory to ensure we’re always ready to serve.
