Sales & Marketing Summer Internship

Open Vacancy: This position is a current, active position and we are accepting applications.
Internship Duration: May 30 (or earlier) – August 30 (Approximately 13 weeks)
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, solution-oriented Summer Intern to support content and new business efforts from an administrative and executional perspective. This role is designed to help power the engine behind content, outreach, and new business initiatives.

This is an ideal role for a student in a Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related program who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and creatively inclined.

You’ll work closely with a small, senior, and highly collaborative team that values curiosity, speed, and smart execution. The team is composed of experienced leaders across strategy, growth, and execution, bringing a strong track record of advising CEOs, marketing leaders, and investors.

This is a hands-on environment where your work will matter, your input will be valued, and you’ll gain real exposure to how strategy, content, and new business come together.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business & Outreach Support

  • Source and build high-quality contact lists aligned to priority industries, brands, and roles
  • Help plan email workflows and repurpose content for social and blog channels
  • Maintain and update CRM and outreach tracking systems (contacts, status, follow-ups)
  • Support outreach and drip campaigns
  • Conduct background research on prospects and prepare meeting prep documents as needed
Content & Case Study Support
  • Assist in developing case studies, including compiling inputs and formatting content
  • Support speaking opportunity submissions and track responses and follow-ups
  • Support basic performance reporting (traffic, clicks, email lists)
Website & Asset Management
  • Support website updates, including case studies, copy, and visual assets
  • Help audit website and blog content for SEO, clarity, and performance
  • Support publishing and optimizing content for engagement and conversion
  • Research SEO- and GEO-optimized content topics
What Were Looking For:
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets, content platforms, and websites.
  • Basic design capability using tools such as Canva.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple work-streams independently.
  • Tech-savvy, creatively inclined, and comfortable learning new tools (including AI tools).
  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Digital, Communications, or related program.
