- Participate as a board member, fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities, strengthening governance practices, and contributing to board effectiveness and organizational oversight.
- Manage investor stewardship responsibilities, including portfolio monitoring, reporting, deal management updates, and internal tracking of organizational progress and success metrics.
- Contribute to investment selection processes by reviewing applications, conducting diligence, and assessing leadership capacity, scalability, and mission alignment.
- Support learning initiatives, internal strategy projects, and capacity-building innovations to improve organizational practices and sector-wide insights.
- 10–15 years of professional experience, ideally in high-growth, entrepreneurial, or mission-driven environments with demonstrated leadership in organizational transformation.
- Proven experience advising executives or CEOs on strategy, operations, leadership development, and organizational scaling.
- Strong familiarity with nonprofit ecosystems, social impact work, and a commitment to proximity, equity, and community-centered approaches.
- Experience leading complex initiatives, managing stakeholders, and driving outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, coach leaders, and collaborate effectively across teams and governance structures.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong learning orientation, adaptability, and comfort working across strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $180,079 to $209,066, depending on experience and role fit.
- Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Retirement benefits and financial planning support.
- Generous paid time off policy, including an end-of-year holiday break.
- Opportunity to work in a mission-driven, high-impact environment focused on social change and equity.
- Flexible, collaborative organizational culture with exposure to leading social entrepreneurs and systemic change initiatives.
- East Coast-aligned working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
