Director of National Program Implementation

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of National Program Implementation in United States.

In this role, you will lead the regional execution of national strategies focused on member experience and site partnerships, ensuring consistent and high-quality implementation of programs across multiple states. You will act as a key connector between national leadership and regional teams, translating strategy into actionable field operations that improve engagement, development, and outcomes. This position plays a critical role in shaping participant journeys by strengthening career pathways, enhancing training systems, and improving overall program effectiveness. You will also oversee site partnerships, ensuring strong onboarding, compliance, and long-term collaboration with external organizations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will use data and insights to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement. This is a mission-driven leadership role combining program management, people leadership, and strategic execution at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of member experience strategies, including engagement, training, retention, recognition, and development initiatives aligned with national standards
  • Build and enhance career development systems, supporting member pathways through skill-building, certifications, career exploration, and workforce transition opportunities
  • Collect and analyze member and alumni feedback and data to improve program design and strengthen outcomes
  • Oversee site partnership execution, including onboarding, agreements, training, compliance monitoring, and ongoing relationship management
  • Serve as a regional advisor and coach to field teams, ensuring consistent implementation of national strategies and best practices
  • Provide tools, guidance, and support to resolve partnership challenges and strengthen site engagement quality
  • Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, contributing to continuous improvement of national programs
  • Supervise staff and project teams, providing leadership, coaching, and accountability for performance and delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, workforce development, education, nonprofit leadership, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams or supervising staff in a professional setting
  • Proven experience designing and implementing training, engagement, or development programs at scale
  • Experience building and managing partnerships with external organizations, sites, or community stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and hold teams accountable
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to inform strategy and program improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including ability to work across regional and national teams
  • Ability to travel locally and statewide as required
