Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop new formulations and evaluation procedures for various cosmetic and personal care products like Face balm, skin cream, concealer, eyeshadow, lipstick, nail polish etc.
2. Provide technical support for the cosmetic business in the Asia-Pacific region, coordinate with the commercial team to generate more business, focus on product-related concerns, resolve technical and quality issues, promote Company’s brand and improve customer satisfaction.
3. Perform lab job of new shade development, benchmarking against competition, product evaluation, customer specific sample test etc.
4. Technical support to the commercial team on new business development, new product launch, troubleshooting, quality complaint etc.
5. Prepare marketing tools for promotion and conduct technical seminars for distributors and customers.
6. Assist the commercial team to participate in trade shows to promote company’s brand and products
7. Visit customers to initiate new business projects or follow up with the ongoing projects.
8. Collaboration with global technical team on project updates.
9. Inspirations on new colors and fashions, to coordinate with global styling team to develop new color concepts, i.e. Beauty Color Trends 2026, What’s IN Asia…
10. Observe lab safety rules and EHS requirements
11. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in cosmetics science and technology, chemistry, biotechnology or related subjects
2. 5+ years of technical working experience in cosmetic or personal care industry.
3. Expertise in cosmetic ingredients, formulation development and applications.
4. Understanding of the cosmetic market trends with regards to colors and fashions
5. Familiar with the international and domestic regulations in cosmetic industry.
6. Good skills in English communication and Office software
7. Teamwork spirit and good collaboration with commercial and technical team
