Job Description
The Community Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and partnerships of an assigned territory. Building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners and collaborating with internal staff will be integral to ensuring these partnerships' success. The CPM will achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future
performance through various KPIs.
Responsibilities
· Drive referral generation and revenue for assigned territory
· Collaborate with all executive leadership to create and implement strategic sales plans for assigned territory
· Provide support and coverage of sales activities in other territories as necessitated by interim staffing changes, local community events or business needs
· Cultivate new and existing community relationships and provide updated information regarding current programs and services for assigned territories
· Represent the organization in a professional manner at hosted meetings and professional functions including occasional after hours and weekend events as needed
· Coordinate and conduct sales activities such as in-service presentations, 1 on 1 meetings, open houses, email campaigns, lunches, etc. both in-person and virtually to increase brand visibility, awareness and ultimately achieve referral KPIs as forecasted on a quarterly and annual basis
· Collaborate with members of Leadership and Shared Support teams to plan, promote, and execute company initiatives and campaigns (Toy Drive, Food Drive, etc.) to expand brand awareness for community focus and philanthropy
· Identify community events in assigned territories that will promote brand awareness in the developmental disability community and business growth
· Identify and develop alternative channel partnerships in assigned territory to promote business growth
· Track sales activity and report analysis on return on investment in 1 on 1 meetings, quarterly QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and other potential group settings. The CPM will have the opportunity to provide recommendations to maximize ROI within assigned territory
· Serve as co-leader of the branch; educating the team on sales activity and progression, and aligning team members with the importance of the sales function to the overall business
· Prepare and submit reports as required; including monthly key driver meetings which are presented to Managers & leadership.
· Collaborate with Operations team for assigned territories to ensure sales initiatives are in line with operational reality.
· Collaborate with Operations to support Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring efforts are in line with service needs
· Effectively communicate ideas, foster open communication and open-door policy
· Ensure compliance with all company requirements, and federal and state laws
· Abide by HIPAA and secure all protected health information
Additional Notes:
General business is conducted in a hybrid office/WFH setting, but can include private homes, group homes, facilities, and day programs within office territory when out in the community.

Travel will be required for in-person visits, events, conferences, company meetings, team days to the office, or as required by the Manager. In this role, we do expect regular visits to each location as needed. Will work with challenging clients. Adheres to Standards of Excellence. On occasion, may work after hours and/or weekends.
Requirements:Bachelor's Preferred
· One year of previous sales experience preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word; Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint
· Reliable means of transportation
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities, and able to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions.
· Strong communication skills; able to communicate effectively and articulately in writing and orally.
· Solid relationship management skills enhancing internal organizational relations and external community interactions.
· Dedicated to shared and measurable goals for the common good; creating, resourcing, scaling, and leveraging strategies and innovations for broad investment and impact.
· Ability to ‘ask the tough questions’ and create ‘constructive tension’ when needed
· Some evening and weekend hours are required.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of the job, employees is required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, sit for extended periods of time; must be able to read, write, speak, and hear well enough to communicate. Manual Dexterity is required to utilize keyboards, and office equipment. Employee may occasionally be required to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone and must be able to carry equipment/supplies.
