Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Growth in United States.
This is a senior, high-impact commercial leadership role responsible for building and scaling strategic partnership channels that drive the next phase of B2B growth. You will own go-to-market strategy across healthcare and corporate verticals, identifying, structuring, and closing high-value partnerships with enterprise and institutional clients. Acting as both a builder and a closer, you will develop new distribution models, establish anchor deals, and create the foundational playbooks needed to scale a growing partnerships function. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and executive-level relationship management. You will operate across complex ecosystems including healthcare systems, employers, and institutional channels, translating partnership opportunities into scalable revenue streams. It is a highly entrepreneurial position designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from zero to one and beyond.
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for healthcare and corporate partnership verticals, including pipeline development and closing of anchor enterprise deals.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with healthcare systems, payers, employer programs, institutional clients, and distribution platforms.
- Identify and close large-scale partnerships across corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional sectors to expand B2B distribution channels.
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales processes, including C-level engagement, negotiation, contracting, and implementation.
- Develop scalable partnership playbooks, processes, and frameworks to support long-term growth and future team expansion.
- Define and refine pricing models, contract structures, and commercial strategies to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams to ensure platform capabilities align with partnership needs and market demands.
- Support long-term team building by transitioning from individual deal ownership to building and leading a high-performing partnerships organization.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or business development roles with a strong track record of closing complex deals.
- Proven experience building partnership channels from the ground up, ideally in fast-scaling or early-stage growth environments.
- Strong exposure to healthcare, corporate benefits, institutional sales, or other complex B2B ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success closing enterprise-level agreements with large organizations, Fortune 500 companies, or institutional partners.
- Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of pipeline management, revenue metrics, pricing strategy, and deal structuring.
- Ability to operate independently as a builder while creating scalable systems and repeatable processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate market opportunities into actionable go-to-market plans.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 to $190,000 with total on-target earnings between $270,000 and $290,000.
- Stock options granted from day one as part of long-term incentive alignment.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Unlimited paid time off and flexible work arrangements.
- Paid family leave and compassionate leave policies.
- Monthly credits to access company services and offerings.
- Wellness benefits, including fitness and lifestyle support.
- Access to AI productivity tools (ChatGPT and Claude) to enhance work efficiency.
- Long-term sabbatical program after five years of service.
- Professional growth opportunities in a high-impact, mission-driven environment.
