Start Date: ASAP (Preferred)

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, MNL (M-F)

The Finance Operations Manager is responsible for guiding and developing a team to deliver accurate sales and financial data, analysis, and reporting that support business decision-making. This role combines leadership, performance management, and process optimization to ensure operational excellence. The Finance Operations Manager will mentor team members, manage escalations, oversee data integrity, and collaborate with business leaders to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What does a day in the life of a Finance Operations Manager look like?
  • Leadership & Development: Lead and manage the financial operations team in Manila, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Address performance issues and foster a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven strategies
  • Data & Analysis: Oversee collection, validation, reconciliation, and analysis of financial and operational data. Structure and interpret large data sets to identify trends, provide insights, and support business decisions
  • Business Support: Collaborate with leadership and other departments to identify process improvements, optimize operations, and ensure timely and accurate order processing
  • Operational Excellence: Manage sales and order data, productivity tracking, and data remediation efforts. Ensure compliance with company policies, partner agreements, industry regulations, and quality standards
  • Collaboration: Collaborate and provide support to cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Sales, IT, accounting, marketing, and finance, to resolve order-related issues and improve processes
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with products, services, and processes while driving team learning and development initiatives
  • Ad-hoc & Strategic Projects: Handle special assignments from leadership, ensuring timely and effective execution
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What are the required qualifications of a Finance Operations Manager?

  • 3+ years of Finance Sales Operations or like-minded roles while operating in high-growth environments within the technology industry.
  • 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a SaaS operational environment/Account.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels, including customers
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and results-driven mindset focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills with an understanding of data’s significance of data to business operations
  • Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and CPQ, including Salesforce reporting and dashboard
  • Background in QBR/Process analytics, Data Insights and process improvements
  • Advanced knowledge of sales processes and field operations
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while juggling multiple projects at the same time
