This role sits at the intersection of marketing execution, sales enablement, and go-to-market operations, supporting the development and delivery of scalable GTM strategies across multiple product lines. You will contribute to demand generation, audience intelligence, and campaign execution by coordinating cross-functional workflows and ensuring GTM initiatives are delivered efficiently and consistently. Working closely with senior GTM leadership, you will help translate strategy into execution through structured project management, content coordination, and data-driven insights. The role also leverages AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and operational efficiency across marketing and sales enablement efforts. This is a highly collaborative position that requires strong organization, adaptability, and curiosity in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will play a key role in improving how GTM programs are built, scaled, and optimized across teams.
- Support the execution of GTM initiatives by coordinating product launches, campaigns, and cross-functional workstreams across marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Assist in tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution of GTM plans.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of GTM playbooks, templates, and internal documentation.
- Support market and audience research efforts by gathering insights on customer segments, trends, and competitor positioning.
- Use AI tools to enhance research synthesis, content creation, and audience intelligence for GTM initiatives.
- Assist in sales enablement activities, including updating pitch materials, translating product updates into customer-facing messaging, and supporting SDR/MDR teams.
- Help monitor GTM performance metrics, compile reporting dashboards, and summarize campaign insights for leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and manage GTM assets, ensuring consistency across messaging, content, and repositories.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of business experience in analytical, marketing, or GTM-related roles with demonstrated impact on business outcomes.
- 2+ years of experience in demand generation, ideally within a B2B SaaS or growth-stage environment.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing funnels and collaboration with sales development teams.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and support decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) applied to content, research, or campaign workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across product, sales, and marketing stakeholders.
