Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Finance Integrations Engineer in Switzerland.
This role sits at the critical intersection of engineering and finance, focused on ensuring seamless, reliable data flow between core platform systems and financial tools, particularly NetSuite. You will take ownership of a high-impact integration that underpins financial accuracy across the business. The position requires both strong backend engineering skills and the ability to understand financial processes and their data implications. You will work closely with finance stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions. Beyond fixing existing integration challenges, you will redesign and stabilize key data pipelines for long-term reliability. This is a hands-on role where you will own systems end to end, from design through deployment and monitoring, in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Own the end-to-end integration between the platform and NetSuite, including design, development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve existing integration failures, ensuring financial data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Build and automate reliable data pipelines that eliminate manual financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable engineering solutions.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and testing frameworks to proactively detect and prevent integration issues.
- Work within a modern cloud-native stack (Node.js, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) to deliver maintainable solutions.
- Take ownership of integration strategy and roadmap in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.
- Strong backend engineering background with solid experience in object-oriented programming, ideally Node.js.
- Hands-on experience integrating with NetSuite, including working with APIs and understanding data flows within ERP systems.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial concepts, with awareness of the importance of data accuracy in financial systems.
- Experience working with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
- Proven ability to own integrations end to end, including monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Based in Europe, preferably in the UK, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, or Stockholm.
- Flexible working hours with a remote-first setup.
- Fully remote role within European time zones.
- Private health insurance coverage.
- Unlimited holiday allowance.
- Flexible compensation benefits (meals, transport, childcare).
- Strong opportunities for learning, growth, and career development.
- Opportunity to join a high-growth company during a major scaling phase.
