This role sits at the heart of supply chain transformation through data, where analytics directly influence how products are sourced, distributed, and made available across large-scale retail and digital ecosystems. You will join a multidisciplinary data organization working closely with supply chain experts, product teams, and operational stakeholders to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. The position combines deep analytical work with strong business proximity, ensuring your recommendations have a tangible impact on performance, efficiency, and customer experience. Operating in an agile and collaborative environment, you will contribute to high-value projects spanning stock optimization, dispatch strategy, and product availability. This is a highly impactful role where data is used not only to understand performance but to actively shape strategic decisions. The environment is dynamic, innovation-driven, and centered on continuous improvement and learning.

Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with supply chain and business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into analytical problems.
  • Design, build, and deliver data-driven analyses on supply chain performance, including dispatch, replenishment, stock positioning, and order management.
  • Identify, extract, and prepare relevant datasets while ensuring data quality, reliability, and consistency.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis using appropriate methodologies and tools.
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Act as a key data partner to business teams, helping them interpret results and strengthen their data literacy.
  • Contribute to the improvement of analytical practices, methodologies, and tools within the broader data ecosystem.
  • Ensure responsible and ethical use of data in compliance with internal standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Solid experience with Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Databricks, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and derive meaningful insights.
  • Good understanding of supply chain or retail business challenges, particularly around physical product distribution and operations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (business, product, and data).
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving, agile environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package including profit-sharing and performance bonuses.
  • Employee stock ownership opportunities.
  • Two days of remote work per week for better work-life balance.
  • Access to modern equipment tailored to your needs (Mac, Windows, Chromebook).
  • Strong focus on career development with local and international opportunities.
  • Continuous learning support including training and technical certifications from year one.
  • Work within a passionate community of sports and data professionals.
  • Inclusive, diverse, and sustainability-driven working environment.
