This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling, data-driven product organization focused on transforming how millions of users discover and manage car ownership services. You will join a high-impact Growth team responsible for optimizing key acquisition and conversion funnels within a large-scale consumer product ecosystem. The position blends analytical rigor with hands-on product execution, requiring strong structured thinking and comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams while gaining exposure to senior leadership. Starting with deep user and product understanding, you will progressively take ownership of end-to-end product initiatives that directly influence growth and revenue. This is a highly visible role where your work shapes user experience for millions of customers.

Accountabilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of user journeys by analyzing product funnels, conducting structured walkthroughs, and identifying friction points across the end-to-end experience.
  • Own user feedback analysis by synthesizing insights from reviews, support channels, and research into actionable product improvements.
  • Support product quality by driving bug triage, prioritization, and resolution in close collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of growth-focused product initiatives, starting with scoped features and progressively expanding ownership into larger strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with design and engineering teams to build and ship high-quality user experiences, balancing speed, clarity, and performance.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve funnel conversion and develop a strong experimentation mindset.
  • Translate ambiguous customer and business problems into structured hypotheses, product requirements, and roadmap priorities.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in product management, management consulting, or product/business operations, ideally in high-growth or analytical environments.
  • Strong structured thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems and communicate insights clearly and logically.
  • High analytical proficiency with experience using data to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions.
  • Strong customer empathy and the ability to understand user behavior, motivations, and friction points.
  • Developing product intuition, with the ability to evaluate UX flows and propose improvements based on reasoning and data.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, adapting quickly, and executing in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
  • Flexibility to coordinate with distributed engineering teams, including partial overlap with international working hours (preferred).
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary range of $110,000–$140,000, plus equity opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) or RRSP retirement plans with employer matching (depending on location).
  • Paid time off, paid parental leave, and wellness-related benefits.
  • Equity participation in a high-growth, venture-backed company.
  • Remote-friendly work environment with cross-functional global collaboration.
  • Exposure to senior leadership and opportunities for rapid career growth in a high-impact product organization.
