We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys practicing in real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy litigation. This role is integral to the firm’s litigation teams and requires a high level of organization, judgment, and attention to detail. The Paralegal will work collaboratively with attorneys and staff across office locations and provide support on multiple matters simultaneously throughout all stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities – Litigation (Real Estate, Commercial & Bankruptcy)

· Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial, judgment, and post-judgment proceedings

· Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence

· Manage discovery, including document collection, organization, review support, and production

· Assist with document-intensive matters and e-discovery workflows

· Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances

· Prepare exhibits, trial binders, deposition summaries, and case chronologies

· Assist with bankruptcy filings, claims, adversary proceedings, and related litigation matters

Collaboration & Attorney Support

· Support multiple attorneys across practice areas with varying caseloads and deadlines

· Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and staff across multiple office locations

· Serve as a reliable point of coordination to help ensure continuity, efficiency, and consistency across matters

Qualifications

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal certification a plus

· 3+ years of relevant experience in probate and/or litigation

· Working knowledge of civil procedure, discovery obligations, probate rules, and court filing requirements

· Experience with commercial litigation and/or bankruptcy litigation strongly preferred

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Technology & Software

· Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Preferred: Experience with Filevine, iManage, Everlaw, or other case management or e-discovery platforms; OCR/document scanning and text-searchable PDF workflows; and state/federal e-filing systems (including filing conventions, service lists, and acceptance/rejection troubleshooting)

Hybrid / Remote Flexibility

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a combination of in-office and remote work depending on practice needs, experience level, and firm policies. For the right candidate, the firm would consider a fully remote arrangement. Remote work expectations include maintaining consistent business-hours availability, promptly responding to attorneys, clients, and court communications, and participating in calls/video meetings as needed. The Paralegal must be able to manage deadlines independently, keep matter files current in the firm’s systems, and maintain regular status updates with the supervising attorneys. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a professional, confidential workspace and must follow firm requirements for secure handling of client information (including use of firm-approved systems, proper document retention, and confidentiality protocols). Occasional in-person attendance may be required for hearings, trial preparation, training, or team meetings as business needs dictate.

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary range: $58,500 – $74,500, commensurate with experience

· Health, dental, and vision insurance

· Paid time off and paid holidays

· 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing
