This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Captain of Hospitality: Youre the heart of the guest experienceensuring everyone feels welcomed, from the lounge to the last banquet table. With your contagious enthusiasm, you inspire and uplift your team, guiding them with coaching and training so every shift runs smoother than a perfectly poured cappuccino.
- Operations & Compliance Guru: Looking sharp and running a tight ship is second nature to you. You uphold company standards for grooming and safety while making sure every policy and certification is ticked off the listFood Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid, you name it!
- Admin Ace: Payroll, scheduling, and reports are your backstage domain. You keep the numbers in order, staff hours tracked, and productivity humming, all while making it feel effortless.
- Quality & Promotions Pro: Youre passionate about food looking and tasting top-notch, and you never shy away from dreaming up creative new promotions. Overseeing inventory and beverage purchasing is just another chance for you to shine.
- Communication & Problem-Solving Hero: You keep everyone in the loopmanagers, employees, and other departmentsso theres never a missed beat. When guests have requests or concerns, you jump in with solutions and ensure satisfaction is always delivered with a smile.
- General Go-Getter: Whether youre analyzing reports, attending meetings, or jumping in wherever needed, your versatility and positive energy make you indispensable to the whole team.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 2-year college degree and 3+ years of related experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure and objectivity.
- Financial and arithmetic proficiency.
