This senior finance leadership role is responsible for transforming and modernizing the organization’s financial planning and analysis function. You will lead the transition from traditional spreadsheet-based processes to a technology-enabled, data-driven FP&A model that provides real-time insights and supports strategic decision-making. The role involves partnering closely with business leaders to drive performance, optimize resource allocation, and influence executive-level decisions. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and enterprise performance reporting while leading a high-performing FP&A team. This position is ideal for a visionary finance professional with experience in analytics, planning systems, and organizational change in dynamic, complex environments.
- Architect and implement a multi-year FP&A transformation roadmap, including change management and adoption of new operating models
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, and enterprise performance reporting
- Drive deployment and utilization of data warehouses, planning systems, and analytics tools to enable real-time insights and self-service reporting
- Provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership and the Board, translating complex data into clear recommendations
- Partner with functional leaders to strengthen financial acumen, enhance forecasting discipline, and guide investment and resource decisions
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering innovation, learning, and collaboration
- Ensure alignment with Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, Data, and Technology teams for cohesive financial execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced credentials (MBA, CPA, CFA) strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including leadership of planning and systems transformation
- Proven success in technology-enabled finance modernization, including data warehouses, planning platforms, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead large-scale organizational change
- Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and executive-level communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in dynamic and fast-paced environments
