About This Position
Thrive at Green Island is seeking experienced and professional Fine Dining Servers to deliver an exceptional, elevated dining experience. Servers are expected to provide attentive, knowledgeable, and refined service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests
* Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials
* Offer informed food and beverage pairing recommendations
* Serve food and beverages with proper fine dining presentation and timing
* Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
* Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant dining environment
* Adhere to all food safety, and sanitation regulations
* Communicate effectively with kitchen and management to ensure flawless service
* Assist with table resets, polishing glassware, and side work as assigned
Qualifications
* Prior fine dining or upscale restaurant serving experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills
* Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Ability to stand, walk, and lift trays for extended periods
