This role is responsible for shaping and managing the social media presence of a B2B-focused organization, creating meaningful engagement with marketing, sales, and revenue professionals. You will drive community building, thought leadership, and employee advocacy, ensuring the brand’s voice is authentic and impactful. The Social Media Manager will oversee content creation, publishing, and performance measurement while experimenting with creative formats to amplify audience growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social into broader marketing initiatives and translate company priorities into compelling social narratives. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven, and collaborative environment.
- Develop and execute an organic social media strategy to grow presence and influence among B2B audiences
- Create, manage, and publish high-impact social content that educates, inspires, and challenges go-to-market teams
- Foster engagement and community interactions with customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Partner with internal teams to activate employee advocacy and promote company milestones, announcements, and thought leadership
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, events, and product teams to integrate social-first ideas into campaigns and launches
- Experiment with innovative formats, storytelling techniques, and creative approaches to stand out in a competitive B2B landscape
- 8+ years of experience managing social media for B2B technology companies, media brands, or similar environments
- Proven success in growing engaged audiences and building brand presence across social platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging content
- Experience using social analytics tools to evaluate performance and guide strategy
- Strategic mindset, creativity, and a curiosity-driven approach to experimenting with new formats and audience engagement tactics
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while managing projects independently and taking ownership of social initiatives
- Familiarity with marketing, sales, or go-to-market concepts and campaigns is highly desirable
- Competitive base salary range: $89,411 – $137,097, plus potential bonus or stock options
