You will drive operational excellence, monitor key performance indicators, and lead initiatives that enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will translate organizational priorities into actionable plans while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role requires balancing hands-on management with strategic oversight, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This position is ideal for an experienced operations leader seeking impact, growth, and the chance to shape processes and programs that affect both team and client outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and develop the Operations team, including coaching, performance management, training, and communication of roles and expectations
  • Manage daily workload, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery
  • Oversee client engagement, including communication, meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and billing reconciliation
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, guiding managers to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and accountability between Operations and other internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards, including team training and documentation
  • Direct continuous improvement projects and special initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and growth
  • Support strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and operational analytics to inform leadership and improve outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in operations or client service management with extensive client interaction
  • Strong knowledge of workflow management, service delivery standards, client relationship dynamics, compliance, quality assurance, and operational metrics
  • Experience with resource planning, capacity modeling, workforce management, and process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills, with ability to build a culture of accountability
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in vendor/partner management, operational analytics, and facilitating cross-functional initiatives is preferred
  • Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while ensuring compliance and operational integrity
  • Skilled in conflict management, negotiation, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
