This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI systems that go beyond traditional applications, building autonomous and semi-autonomous agents to execute complex workflows across multiple business functions. You will combine hands-on coding with strategic architectural leadership, shaping the AI roadmap for enterprise automation and operational efficiency. The position requires collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Legal, and HR teams to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions. You will evaluate emerging AI frameworks, manage model serving at scale, and ensure secure integration with enterprise systems. - Architect, develop, and implement multi-agent AI systems capable of reasoning, tool use, and end-to-end business process automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate complex operational needs into actionable AI solutions
- Evaluate and select LLM providers and agentic frameworks, balancing third-party tools versus proprietary enterprise solutions
- Design scalable and highly available inference services, integrating AI agents with corporate service meshes
- Implement robust security measures for data protection, including automated guardrails for sensitive information
- Optimize AI workflows for performance and cost efficiency, managing trade-offs between reasoning depth, latency, and compute resources
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies to continually evolve enterprise automation capabilities
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure or large-scale data engineering
- Strong coding skills in Python, Go, Java, or Scala, with expertise in distributed systems and microservices
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate)
- Familiarity with modern data stacks such as Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, and Databricks, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD practices for ML lifecycles
- Ability to set strategic technical direction while maintaining hands-on coding and implementation capabilities
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills to influence stakeholders and deliver results
