Majors Account Executive

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Majors Account Executive in the United States.

As a Majors Account Executive, you will join the fastest-growing startup in history, playing a pivotal role in reinventing how the world's largest organizations secure their cloud environments. You will be responsible for driving high-value sales engagements within a sophisticated territory, scanning billions of files daily for a client base that already includes over 50% of the Fortune 100. Operating in a high-growth, creative environment, you will have the freedom to dream big and use your full range of consultative skills to influence security postures at a massive scale. You will act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives, building deep relationships that allow the best companies in the world to move faster and more securely. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a leading-edge market while working alongside a global team of elite "Wizards" dedicated to customer success.

Accountabilities:
  • Strategic Account Leadership: You will develop and execute comprehensive account plans targeting major organizations, ensuring a deep understanding of cloud security value propositions and industry-specific business insights.

  • Executive Relationship Management: You will build and maintain long-term relationships with CISOs and C-level security executives, acting as a professional consultant who listens, educates, and aligns technical solutions with complex business needs.

  • Sales Execution & Quota Achievement: You will lead high-value sales cycles from lead generation to close, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas through proven methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.

  • Ecosystem & Cross-Functional Alignment: You will partner closely with the wider channel ecosystem and internal teams—including Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing—to optimize market opportunities and ensure strategy alignment.

  • Adoption & Expansion: You will work in lockstep with Customer Success teams to facilitate seamless platform adoption, ensuring long-term retention and identifying opportunities for account expansion within your territory.

Requirements:
  • Extensive Industry Experience: You must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in SaaS or Cybersecurity sales, specifically targeting Major and Fortune 100 accounts with a focus on cloud ecosystems.

  • Proven Sales Track Record: You bring a demonstrated history of closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals and successfully managing high-stakes pipeline generation and deal progression.

  • Startup Agility: Previous experience in a hyper-growth startup environment is essential, along with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.

  • Executive Presence: You possess the professional maturity to communicate effectively with board-level stakeholders and translate technical complexities into clear business outcomes.

  • Consultative Expertise: You utilize a professional, listening-first approach to engagement, maintaining strong relationships with previous sales operations teams and cross-functional partners.

  • Legal Authorization: You must have the legal right to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary range of $163,000—$190,000 USD, plus eligibility for equity plans and incentive compensation.

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Flexible Spending Accounts.

  • Financial Security: 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match, along with company-provided life, accident, and disability insurance.

  • Remote Support: Monthly connectivity reimbursement and a dedicated home office setup reimbursement to ensure your workspace is optimized.

  • Flexible Time Off: A flexible paid time off policy plus 11 paid company holidays.

  • Family Support: Generous paid leave programs, including parental, pregnancy health, medical, and bereavement leave.
