The Director of Corporate Strategy will lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and work closely with senior leaders to drive business growth, operational excellence, and long-term planning. This role involves identifying and prioritizing high-impact opportunities, conducting in-depth financial and market analyses, and translating insights into actionable strategies. You will serve as a trusted thought partner to executives, guiding cross-functional teams on critical initiatives while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. The position demands a strong combination of healthcare expertise, business acumen, and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and deliver executive-ready recommendations. Success in this role requires a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Support the VP of Strategy and Corporate Development in developing long-range strategic plans and translating them into annual operational objectives.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership, facilitating strategic planning and helping leaders develop data-driven, actionable plans.
- Conduct internal and external research, financial modeling, growth projections, and create executive-ready deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize growth opportunities across products, services, and markets.
- Lead ad-hoc strategy and development initiatives, providing internal consulting support for high-priority projects.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive execution of key initiatives and track implementation plans to ensure focus and discipline.
- Leverage structured problem-solving frameworks to support decision-making and enhance organizational performance.
- Model and champion company values, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a customer-focused culture.
- Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to build trusted relationships across departments and stakeholders.
- Exceptional oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills applied to complex, high-priority situations.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Preferred: PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience.
