  • Design and execute experiments with clear success criteria, KPIs, and validation plans assessing technical feasibility, customer value, and scalability
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Engineering, Data Science, Hardware, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive stakeholders
  • Manage customer pilots, gathering feedback and translating field learnings into actionable product insights
  • Evaluate commercial and operational implications, including pricing models, service delivery, supply chain, and reliability workflows
  • Bring structure to ambiguous opportunities, identify trade-offs, and guide informed decision-making
  • Ensure successful transition of validated initiatives from experimental phases into broader deployment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5–8 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or R&D leadership roles
  • Experience leading initiatives spanning hardware and software
  • Proven track record running pilot programs or customer-facing validation studies
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous and evolving environments effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Self-starter mindset with high ownership, accountability, and collaboration skills
  • Experience in industrial IoT, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, or reliability engineering is a plus
  • Familiarity with hardware validation, deployment processes, and cross-functional stakeholder management

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package including stock options
  • Flexible work schedule and remote-first environment
  • Comprehensive benefits including health coverage and retirement plan match
  • Unlimited PTO and paid holidays
  • Opportunities to make meaningful impact on high-growth, technically complex projects
  • Collaborative, innovative, and dynamic team environment
