- Design, develop, and deploy advanced agentic AI systems to improve software development workflows, including code generation, testing, and optimization
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams to identify high-value opportunities for applying AI-driven automation and intelligence
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable, high-performance AI solutions across diverse use cases
- Develop benchmarking frameworks to evaluate model performance, reliability, and efficiency across applications
- Optimize AI models and pipelines for performance, scalability, and real-world deployment
- Contribute to technical strategy and innovation in agentic AI, driving continuous improvement and experimentation
- Work cross-functionally to integrate AI capabilities into broader engineering ecosystems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML system development, including exposure to agentic AI, reinforcement learning, or orchestration frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++, with solid software engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks and model inference pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
- Nice to have: experience with multimodal AI systems, foundation model training/fine-tuning, benchmarking methodologies, GPU programming, or open-source contributions
- Competitive salary ranging from approximately $140,000 to $224,250 annually based on experience and location
