Department highlights:

• Join our 12-bed merged ICU/IMC unit, where we provide flexible, high-quality care for a mix of ICU and Intermediate Care patients based on individual clinical needs.
• Care for a diverse range of medical and surgical diagnoses in a dynamic, evolving environment. While major cardiac recovery is not currently part of our scope, our program is actively growing.
• The unit experiences a mix of acuity that is balanced by shifts which allow for focused, thoughtful patient care-not just constant hustle and bustle.

Here's What You Need

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing - Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting - Required
• 2 or more years of experience in an acute care setting - Preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse License - Required upon hire
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support - Required prior to providing independent patient care; must be maintained quarterly
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Required within 90 days of hire
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training - Required within 90 days of hire
