Job Description:

As a Maintenance Person at Milan Institute, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of our school facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  • General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC equipment.
  • Building Repairs: Address and resolve minor structural issues, including doors, windows, walls, and roofs.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the school's outdoor spaces, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal during the winter months.
  • Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Cleaning and Sanitization: Assist in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, including cleaning classrooms, restrooms, and common areas as needed.
