This is a highly technical and strategic back-end engineering role focused on building and evolving scalable, high-performance distributed systems. You will work on complex architectures involving microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions, contributing directly to the stability and evolution of critical enterprise platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust back-end systems and contributing to architectural and technical decisions across projects.

• Develop, maintain, and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core and C#.
• Participate in architectural design decisions, applying patterns such as DDD, Clean Architecture, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers to improve team performance and code quality.
• Ensure software quality through unit and integration testing, as well as adherence to SOLID principles and clean code practices.
• Integrate systems with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to support CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and functional specifications to support development and maintenance.

This position requires strong experience in back-end development with a focus on scalable systems, cloud environments, and modern software architecture practices.

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development, including .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
• Solid experience with microservices architecture and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Git version control and agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive attitude, and ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to act as a technical reference within the team and support others through mentorship.
