This is a high-impact, enterprise sales role focused on driving new business within complex manufacturing environments. You will be responsible for selling advanced plant-level software solutions that connect planning, scheduling, and execution across large-scale industrial operations. The role combines strategic selling, technical understanding, and consultative engagement with senior manufacturing stakeholders. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth setting where autonomy, ownership, and measurable outcomes are essential. This position offers the opportunity to shape digital transformation initiatives across industries such as aerospace, automotive, and industrial manufacturing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and delivery to ensure successful customer acquisition and value realization. It is an ideal role for a seasoned hunter who thrives on complex deal cycles and high-value enterprise relationships.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the full enterprise sales lifecycle, focusing on winning new logos and expanding strategic accounts within complex manufacturing environments. You will develop and execute targeted sales strategies and account plans, building pipeline and closing high-value opportunities across plant and multi-plant organizations.

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing enterprise deals
  • Drive new revenue by selling integrated manufacturing solutions spanning planning, scheduling, and execution systems
  • Build structured account strategies including value propositions, stakeholder mapping, competitive positioning, and demo planning
  • Develop and execute ABM and strategic account plans to expand pipeline and accelerate deal velocity
  • Provide accurate forecasting and maintain disciplined pipeline management using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Engineering, Product, and Services to support solution delivery and customer success
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions
Requirements

This role requires deep expertise in enterprise software sales within complex manufacturing environments, combined with a strong hunter mindset and consultative selling approach. You should be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across operations, finance, IT, and plant leadership while navigating long and complex sales cycles.

  • 10+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in manufacturing software (APS, MES, or related plant-level solutions)
  • Proven track record of closing large new business deals and consistently exceeding $1MM+ ARR targets
  • Strong experience selling into complex manufacturing sectors such as aerospace & defense, medical devices, automotive, or industrial
  • Ability to engage and influence multi-stakeholder buying groups at plant and enterprise levels
  • Expertise in consultative, value-based selling with strong business case development skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong analytical mindset with structured approach to sales strategy and execution
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
