- Ensure production systems remain available and operate within defined service level agreements, proactively monitoring and supporting system health.
- Drive incident management and outage resolution, coordinating effectively to restore services in a timely manner while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support the restoration of services in production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and users.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining disaster recovery procedures to ensure operational resilience and business continuity.
- Follow and uphold data retention policies and IT operational standards in alignment with organizational requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Management and related administrative support activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in IT support or similar technical environments is advantageous.
