This senior commercial role offers the opportunity to drive strategic growth across the MedTech and healthcare technology landscape, focusing on enterprise SaaS solutions that optimize medical device inventory and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with leading MedTech manufacturers and distributors, acting as a trusted advisor throughout complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. The role combines strategic account management, consultative selling, and technical understanding of enterprise systems such as SAP. You will play a key role in shaping revenue growth within your region by aligning innovative cloud-based solutions with client operational and regulatory needs. This position is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, solution-oriented environments and enjoys engaging with senior decision-makers across clinical, operational, and IT functions.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the U.S. MedTech and healthcare technology market.
  • Build, manage, and expand a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities across medical device manufacturers and distributors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across clinical, operational, procurement, and IT functions.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to contract closure.
  • Deliver consultative selling approaches, identifying client pain points and aligning SaaS solutions to operational needs.
  • Leverage knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems to address challenges related to inventory management, consignment models, and order processing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, marketing, delivery, and SAP/systems integrator partners to ensure solution alignment.
  • Present and position SaaS-based solutions tailored to MedTech supply chain and inventory optimization requirements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging healthcare technology innovations.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales within MedTech, healthcare technology, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of SAP supply chain, inventory, or order management environments in a sales or consulting context.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise healthcare or life sciences organizations.
  • Solid knowledge of consignment inventory and loaner management models within MedTech operations.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex client challenges into tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Established network within the MedTech or healthcare industry is highly valued.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to manage structured deal progression and close opportunities within defined sales cycles.
  • Strong adaptability, curiosity, and a hands-on approach in fast-paced environments.
