Accountabilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong, trust-based customer relationships.
  • Educate customers on financial products and services, including account types, loan options, and other banking solutions to support informed decision-making.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively recommend suitable products and services to enhance satisfaction and support business growth.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns, disputes, and account-related requests such as debit card maintenance and transaction inquiries.
  • Support daily branch operations by assisting team members and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Educate customers on digital banking tools and technologies to enhance their experience and self-service capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a financial or retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions or recommendations.
  • Basic understanding of consumer credit, lending practices, or financial products is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person branch environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be able to pass required background and credit checks.
  • Full-time, on-site position (non-remote).
