- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong, trust-based customer relationships.
- Educate customers on financial products and services, including account types, loan options, and other banking solutions to support informed decision-making.
- Identify customer needs and proactively recommend suitable products and services to enhance satisfaction and support business growth.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns, disputes, and account-related requests such as debit card maintenance and transaction inquiries.
- Support daily branch operations by assisting team members and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Educate customers on digital banking tools and technologies to enhance their experience and self-service capabilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a financial or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions or recommendations.
- Basic understanding of consumer credit, lending practices, or financial products is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person branch environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be able to pass required background and credit checks.
- Full-time, on-site position (non-remote).
