Position Overview:
Have you recently completed a legal studies degree or gained foundational legal training, and are now looking to build a meaningful career in the legal field? Are you someone who thrives on details, keeps things organized, and enjoys being a critical part of a growing team? Eskola Roofing is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Contract Administrator in the Orlando, Florida area to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their legal or administrative career to gain hands-on experience in construction-related contract management. In this role, you’ll work closely with our In-House Counsel, supporting legal and administrative functions that are essential to our continued growth and success.
Specific Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise a variety of construction agreements, including prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and master service agreements.
- Prepare and respond to project-related claims, regulatory filings, cease and desist letters, demand letters, and legal notices.
- Conduct research on construction-specific legal topics such as licensing requirements, bond and mechanics lien claims, and construction defect issues.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and internal departments to collect and verify information relevant to legal matters.
- Review and interpret project documentation, including plans, specifications, and change orders, to support legal and contractual compliance.
- Support the implementation and oversight of contract management systems and procedures.
- Provide general legal assistance to In-House Counsel on an as-needed basis across a range of construction law issues.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education & Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Paralegal certificate and/or 3–5 years of experience in construction law or the like
- Solid understanding of construction contracts (e.g., AIA, ConsensusDocs), contract law, mechanics liens, building codes, and construction litigation
- Experience supporting attorneys on construction matters through legal research, drafting, document analysis, filings, and document production
- Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening as a condition of hire
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements
Technical & Legal Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools
- Familiarity with legal research tools, document management systems, and contract management platforms (e.g., Monday.com)
- Strong IT skills with a willingness to leverage technology for efficiency
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
Organizational & Analytical Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate project records
- Effective time management and task prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Practical problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
Work Ethic & Professionalism:
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally
- Able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds of files or equipment

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
